Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness: An In-Depth Review
Doctor Strange is back and ready to take on a whole new multiverse of madness! The first trailer for the newest Marvel movie, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, had us hooked. Not only because we got to see Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Stephen Strange once again, but also because it looked like this film was going to be a darker and more magical one than any of the others so far. In this article, we’ll be discussing exactly what makes this movie so great.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness cast
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Stephen Strange, who has just regained his ability to use magic. He is joined by Elizabeth Olsen, who plays his former lover and fellow sorcerer, Scarlet Witch.
Scott Adkins also features in the film. He joins the cast playing Dormammu, the reality-warping demon who threatens all of time and space.
The movie differs from others in its genre because it has a darker tone than what we’ve seen so far. In one scene, for example, Doctor Strange walks around an asylum while swarmed by ghosts of inmates that had been experimented on with the dark arts. A lot of these experiments were carried out by Kaecilius (played by Jared Harris), a former student of Doctor Strange’s who becomes disillusioned with his teachings and starts experimenting on people himself.
The trailer also features a more twisted version of Mordo (played by Chiwetel Ejiofor), who was once a close friend to Doctor Strange but now thinks he might be going too far with his magical experiments. It seems like this movie is going to delve into some really dark territory so get ready!
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness trailer
If you’ve seen the first trailer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, then you’ve likely been as captivated as we were. The trailer was only one minute and thirty seconds long, but it managed to pack a lot into that short period of time.
One thing that stood out to us was how dark it looked. The trailer not only showed a lot of menacing looking beings, but also showed a lot of destruction. For those who love a good scare or a little bit of mystery, this may have been just the clip they were waiting for.
Another thing we found intriguing about this trailer is how much magic it seemed to contain. The title itself hints at the different worlds our main character will be going through, and the film itself promises the same kind of magic as Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness doesn't seem like your typical Marvel movie. It appears to be darker and more mystical than anything we've seen before from Marvel Studios. If you're looking for a new type of superhero film to watch—one with plenty of mystery and magical thrills—then this could be your pick!
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness loki
The trailer starts off with a scene in which Strange is sitting on the ground in what appears to be an abandoned warehouse. He's surrounded by what looks like mannequins and dolls all wearing masks. Suddenly, the camera pans up and we see he's surrounded by these strange beings who could be his enemies or people from other dimensions. The trailer ends with a voice saying, "This world shall die," and before we know it, we're getting a glimpse at Doctor Strange (or should we say Dr. Stephen Strange) in the Multiverse of Madness.
As you can see from this trailer alone, Marvel is really stepping it up for this new movie—as they should! Doctor Strange is one of their most popular characters so far so they need to make him look good. But what makes this film so different?
Doctor Strange has always been known for his magical powers which are unlike anything else seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe thus far. There have also been hints that magic will play a more important role in this movie than ever before. Apparently there are going to be some pretty awesome visuals of mystical landscapes and Disney did mention there would be some new characters introduced as well. So if you were on the fence about whether or

Doctor Strange is a Marvel Comics character created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko. After being injured in a car accident, Doctor Stephen Strange seeks out a series of treatments from various doctors but none of them are able to heal his hands fully. Eventually he learns how to use magic and becomes the Sorcerer Supreme after beating one of Earth's most powerful sorcerers, Baron Mordo. Doctor Strange has appeared in many Marvel comics as well as other media adaptations like animation and video games.
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness Villian
One of the big things that we got to see in the trailer was the villain, Nightmare. So far, this is one of the most imaginative villains that we’ve seen in a Marvel movie.
Nightmare feeds off of people’s nightmares and inflicts them on others. He can also take form as any nightmare you might have had.
This villain has been around since the 1970s, so it will be interesting to see how he is portrayed in this film.
In the comics, he takes over Doctor Strange’s body and tries to release an entity from another dimension of terror called Dormammu. In this movie, it appears that he will be manipulating Doctor Strange’s mind with his own nightmares instead of taking over his body.
Regardless of how they choose to play out Nightmare in this film, it should provide for some really cool scenes!
